1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClientCue (“the Service”), operated by ClientCue (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClientCue is a SaaS platform designed for service businesses to manage clients, meetings, tasks, reports, and follow-ups. Features include smart drafting, client tracking, and workflow automation.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly through our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by ClientCue or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Assisted draft content is provided for assistance only and should be reviewed before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientCue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
