Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how ClientCue uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies across our website, web application, and Chrome extension.

Last updated: July 31, 2026hello.clientcue@gmail.com

1. What This Policy Covers

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage, session storage, and browser extension storage are related technologies that help a web app remember state on your device. We use these technologies to operate ClientCue, keep accounts secure, remember product preferences, and maintain service reliability.

2. Technologies We Use

  • Essential authentication and security cookies: These keep you signed in, protect sessions, refresh authentication state, and help prevent unauthorized access.
  • Workspace and preference storage: These remember product choices such as the active workspace, sidebar state, onboarding draft progress, and similar interface preferences.
  • Operational diagnostics: These help us understand reliability, errors, abuse patterns, and service performance so we can keep ClientCue secure and stable.
  • Chrome extension storage: The ClientCue Chrome extension uses browser extension storage to keep authentication and workspace context available between sessions.

3. Essential Technologies

Some cookies and storage are required for ClientCue to work. For example, authentication cookies keep you signed in, session refresh cookies maintain account access securely, and the active workspace cookie helps route you to the right workspace after your membership is verified server-side.

4. Preferences and Product State

ClientCue may use local storage or similar browser storage to remember preferences such as sidebar state, onboarding form progress, and other interface choices. These values are used to make repeated product workflows smoother.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

ClientCue records operational events and diagnostics to understand reliability, product health, abuse patterns, and errors. Based on the current product implementation, we do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site advertising cookies.

6. Chrome Extension Storage

The ClientCue Chrome extension stores authentication and workspace context in browser extension storage so it can stay connected to the correct ClientCue workspace between sessions. The extension sends selected profile data to ClientCue only when you trigger a supported save or update action.

7. Your Choices

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or clearing application storage may sign you out, reset preferences, interrupt extension connectivity, or prevent parts of ClientCue from working correctly.

8. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy as ClientCue changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
